the location is central. the staff were very helpful during check-in. the room was comfortable and cleaned daily. the bedding was crisp and white, it was amazing!!!

the shower in the bathroom wasn't clean. it was a small inconvenience though.

The staff greeted me immediately upon arrival! the hotel was immaculate. My room was clean. i found the location fantastic. I was within walking distance of all major attractions! it was close to a subway station.

the location was excellent in the heart of the city. i had easy access to tourist attractions within walking distance of restaurants, bars and cafes.

the breakfast was okay, but the coffee cups were too small. the front desk staff were nice upon arrival, but they did not acknowledge me during the rest of my stay.

the location is quite central and handy to reach most places. the hotel staff were polite and helpful when i needed assistance with directions and recommendations.

The room i stayed in was quite small. Two people could not comfortably move around the bed at the same time. also, the breakfast was acceptable. the coffee cups were notably small, requiring frequent refills

Housekeeping presented AN issue. one day, my room was not cleaned until 8pm after multiple complaints. even then, the cleaning was SUBSTANDARD. Toiletries were not replenished.

the breakfast included a wide range of choices. the staff had a caring attitude rarely found in similar hotels.

the hotel is perfectly situated to benefit from local attractions, but a metro station is very close by.
